Top Chef New Mediterranean cuisine recipes continue.
Today we will learn how to make delicious Garlic Bread, and Flavored Vinegar.
Let's start collecting the ingredients of all time Americans preferable bread;
Garlic bread with parsley
18 ounce White Flour
1 tbsp Olive Oil
0.88 ounce of Yeast
5 ounce of Cheddar Cheese in cubes
1 Garlic clove
Half a quake of parsley
Insert all ingredients into the mixer bowl and work them all at the average speed for 7 minutes only.
Leave the dough alone to inflates at least for 30 minutes.
Pick up the dough and start working it gently with your hands for few more minutes.
Now its time to place the dough into an ovenware pyrex. Make some diagonal cutting upon it and leave it there for another 30 minutes.
Bake the Garlic bred at 390 degrees for 45 minutes.
After being baked, cover the bread with a damp cloth and leave it inside the switched off oven for a few more minutes.
34 ounces of Apple Cider Vinegar and 2 grains of Garlic.
Insert peeled garlic in the bottle of vinegar and lock it up.
The aromatic vinegar will be ready to use in two weeks.
Into the vinegar, along with the garlic, you can also dispose rosemary or spicy peppers.
