I am full-hearted, yet empty and sad.
I am alone. But alone is good; it is simple, it is direct and...it is full. Alone is what my heart is.
If you feel this way, sometimes, know that this is part of being human.
Nothing is wrong with your sadness. Do not run from it. But, too, do not dwell in it. Allow it to come and go, like a breeze through your doorway.
Be good to yourself. Practice meditation. Eat real food.
Do not play games with the hearts of others to entertain yourself out of your sadness.
Get off social media.
Read a book.
Walk along the creek, or hug a dog or a friend.
