Morgan Freeman, the affable and respected professional actor is one of the males accused of harassment and inappropriate behaviour?
Hard to believe but, according to CNN, eight women have accused Freeman of sexual harassment and other eight stated they witnessed the actor's alleged misconduct.
CNN, during an investigation, has found out that the behaviour of the internationally well-known actor has been inadequate towards women who have been working with him at his production company, Revelations Entertainment, including CNN's Chloe Melas.
A female, members of the crew on the movie sets, claims that Freeman commented on her body and also attempted to look up her skirt multiple times.
Freeman has responded today to the accusers by apologizing and stating that it was never his intention to make anyone feel uncomfortable or disrespected.
“Anyone who knows me or has worked with me knows I am not someone who would intentionally offend or knowingly make anyone feel uneasy,” Freeman wrote in his statement today.
No further comment by the Representatives of Freeman and Revelations Entertainment until now.
Furthermore, CNN also said other sources described the 80-years Oscar-winning actor as a professional on set and in the office.
In the era of change where women are speaking up their traumas provoked by sexual harassment or abuse of male actors, directors, or politicians we could get lost or trapped between abusers and victims.
However, since last October lots of powerful males in the U.S. are losing their leading position and ending up in courts as accusers for sexual misconduct.
