Led 12 department heads and more than 150 associates through the pre-opening and operational development of a large luxury resort and aqua park. The engagement focused on creating structure, strengthening leadership accountability, improving cross-departmental coordination, and preparing the property to deliver a consistent guest experience.
A structured leadership and operational framework was introduced across Rooms, Housekeeping, Front Office, Food and Beverage, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Security, Marketing, Guest Services, Aqua Park, and recreational operations. The approach included, Establishing daily executive briefings and operational huddles. Creating workforce plans and departmental priorities. Developing SOP and service expectations and more.
The resort developed a stronger operational foundation built around visibility, accountability, collaboration, and service consistency.
