Mexico imposed key tariffs on American Steel, Bourbon and Goods.

Mexico responded in kind to U.S. President Donald Trump’s metals tariffs by imposing its own key tariffs on American steel and on sensitive agricultural products from pork to bourbon.

In order to counter an expected wave of shipments to Mexico from countries that were hit by U.S. steel tariffs and are looking for other markets, Mexico put a 15 percent tariff on steel imports from other countries

U.S. pork legs and shoulders, as well as hams and sausages, in order to reach Mexico market the tariffs will go up to 20 percent.

The same applies on agricultural Goods such as apples, potatoes, cranberries, Parmesan and grated cheese, Mexico put 20 percent tariffs on the agricultural goods imported from U.S. and 25 percent on fresh cheese, on “Tennessee” whiskey and bourbon.

From 7 to 15 percent on some types of metal furniture, lamps and lighting fittings, fans and air pumps, aluminum kitchen wares and motor boats
