Here is a healthy and nutritious salad right from the heart of the Mediterranean cuisine.
The chef today suggest a fresh, full of vitamins fruit salad for the beautiful springtime.
Let's start by collecting the ingredients.
1 kiwi, 1 orange, 1 apple, 1 peach, half a melon, 10 strawberries, 3.4 ounces of cherry juice, 10 leaves of mint, a little lemon.
Washing well the fruit is 'a must do it' action in order for not ending up in an unpleasant situation. But chopping the fruit in your preferable form will delight the eyes with the appearance of the salad.
After stirring all the ingredients together let them alone just for a few minutes until their flavour gets mixed with each other.
This salad can be made with seasonal fruit or with your favorite ones. However if your chosen fruit are not juicy like the orange, use lemon juice, which will also protect the fruit from not getting oxidize (taking that brown color).
