Detox Water with Lemon, Cucumber and a Mint twist.

The Lemon is a natural detoxifier, helps to boost the immune system, and rids the body of harmful toxins, also aiding better digestion.

The cucumber is an anti-inflammatory and kept our body hydrated.

The mint helps digestion and provides a touch of sweetness without the sugar.

Ingredients

3 litres water

1/2 cucumber

2 lemons, sliced

10 - 12 mint leaves

Add all ingredients to a large jug or bottle of glass. Allow the ingredients to release all the flavours by leaving it overnight in the fridge.

If you prefer to drink the detox water first thing in the morning you better wait until the water reaches room temperature before drinking it, or add a little hot water.
